If you want to withdraw money from your bank, either you go to the counter or via the ATM machine. Funny thing happens is, maybe the bank IT guy forgot to activate their ATM’s Windows before letting live.

The photo was found on other website, which might be true or false. But it is weird that the machine doesn’t have fully QA before making it available.

By the way, the ATM Machine was located somewhere in Russia.
